Applicable law and jurisdiction

Arbitration

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or of any dealing with the Vendor will be referred to and determined by a private binding arbitration constituted of a single arbitrator pursuant to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18 Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, as may either be re-enacted or amended. Nothing in the aforesaid shall prevent the Vendor or its management from pursuing and protecting its intellectual property rights and confidential information through any other means, such as criminal actions, injunctive and other equitable remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Contract formation

It is hereby agreed that simply accessing this website and browsing through its different sections do not in any way amount to an offer, but rather just an invitation to treat. It is further agreed that an offer is said to be made when you select a product, choose the preferred payment method and make an order, while your offer is accepted upon delivery of the product to you, with further confirmation that the product has been so delivered and not when the Vendor or any of its agents contact you that your order has been made. Rejection of offer

Delivery

Notwithstanding the foregoing, taking into cognizance, force majore and unforeseen circumstances, the vendor shall bear no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the ordered products within the required time. Consequently, you hereby undertake not to hold the vendor liable for any delay or failure to deliver an ordered product or perform any other obligation under this terms and conditions provided same is wholly or partly caused by force majore, an act of God, or circumstances beyond the vendor’s control.

Return policy

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned to the vendor within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned products must be in the same condition as sold, with all included accessories, if not, the Vendor reserves the absolute right to refuse the return. All products not returned within 7 days of the purchase date are deemed foreclosed from being returned. Upon a successful return of a product within the said 7 days of purchase date, you can only exchange the product for another product that the purchase price can afford. Consequently, a successful return do not entitle you to a refund of the purchase price.
